Cooperation

Internal Cooperation

University Central Library(UCL) cooperates with, and exchanges information and resources with the libraries, faculties,  Gender Resource Information Development Center (GRID), the National Organization for the Study of Politics and Administration (NOSPA) library, the library of Science, Technology & Environment Organisation, National library, NAFRI library and Army library, and also working with international organizations combating  Human Trafficking.

UCL organises trainings, and seminars on library work, and Information Technology (IT) for staff of, UCL, faculties libraries, GRID, the library of Banking Institute, and libraries of other organizations in Vientiane Capital and as well as library staff of Souphanouvong University in Luangprabang Province.

External Cooperation

UCL has actively cooperated with Hanoi University for Academic Information, Mahasarakham University (Thailand) and The French organisation, COBIAC (Collectif de Bibliothécaires et Intervenants en Action Culturelle ), CUD (Commission universitaire pour développement) and  eIFL. Net (Electronic Information for Libraries).
