LALIC Mission

To promote and facilitate mutual cooperation and understanding among the university, institutions libraries and then information centers in Laos.
To promote, maintain and improve library resources-sharing among Laos libraries between Academic libraries and information institutions or centers.
To provide information and documentation in print and electronic format to support teaching, learning, research and community services.
To greatly expand the amount of information available to students, teachers, researchers and citizens pf Laos.
To facilitate staff development program using expertise in the member libraries.
To collaborate and share information with other national, regional and international organisations with similar missions.
