Memberships for NUOL Students

Before using the Library, you may have a membership card, and Membership Application Form(MAF) is only available the Library.

To get a library card, prepare the following:
– a 3×4 size photo
(Personal Information to be filled in the MAF:)
– Name and Surname
– Address
– Student Registration no./ID (E.g.: FNNS0221/17)
– Faculty
– Field of Study
– Year (of study) (E.g. Years: 1, 2, 3, …)
– Class
– Contact number
