What’s LALIC?
Laos Library and Information Consortium (LALIC) is an organisation of Academic Libraries of the National University, institutions and information centers in Laos. The LALIC was formed in the early 2005 with a mandate to bring together university, institutions libraries and information centers to achieve some common objectives for the total benefits of members in the group.
